A proposal shaped around your operation

Vasco does not force one package on every business. We map your modules, scale and implementation needs, then put them into a proposal you can review.

The initial consultation is free and does not require a purchase.

Inside the proposal

No number without a defined scope

  • Modules and workflows included in scope
  • Users, outlets, sites or projects covered
  • Agreed activation, configuration, migration and training
  • Hardware, integrations or site visits quoted separately
  • Support, billing and proposal-validity terms

Proposal inputs

Four things we map first

The proposal is built from explainable operational inputs, not intentionally confusing packages.

01

The workflows you want to fix

We map only the modules you need, such as attendance and payroll, projects, expenses, stock, invoices or restaurant operations.

02

Operational scale

Team members, outlets, work sites, active projects and user roles help define the right scope.

03

Setup and data migration

We assess initial data, configuration, training and migration support needed before your team can use the system.

04

Hardware and integrations

POS hardware, on-site installation and integrations are separated so the proposal does not hide additional costs.

Process

From your need to a written proposal

02

We map the need and demonstrate it

You receive the scope, proposal components, exclusions and implementation steps to review before deciding.

FAQ

Before requesting a quote

Why does Vasco not publish fixed package prices?

Vasco pricing is based on modules, operational scale, configuration, migration, hardware and implementation support. A written proposal keeps smaller businesses from paying for unnecessary scope and complex businesses from receiving a misleading estimate.

What information should I prepare?

Prepare your business type, team size, outlets or sites, modules of interest, current systems and main operational problem. If you do not know the modules, describe the process causing the most friction.

Must I take every Vasco module?

No. Vasco can start with the workflow you need most, with any module dependencies explained in the proposal.

Is hardware included?

Hardware is not automatically included. If your operation needs tablets, printers, cash drawers, networking or other POS hardware, those components are listed separately in the proposal.

Does Vasco provide data migration and training?

Migration, configuration and training needs are discussed during discovery. The agreed scope is then written into the proposal so responsibilities are clear.

Is the initial consultation paid?

Vasco's initial consultation is free and does not require a purchase. Vasco does not offer a free trial; the demonstration happens during the sales conversation.

What happens to my data if I stop?

Your business data remains yours. Reports and records can be exported, including before the subscription ends.

Start with the operational problem causing the most friction

If you do not know which module fits, describe the process still relying on WhatsApp, paper or spreadsheets.
