Sample project margin

Rp 62.400.000

Weekly payroll ready

Labour is the biggest cost

And the hardest to track until the project is finished.

1

Attendance in a book

Recaps get re-typed every week, with no proof of who actually came.

2

Wages worked out by hand

Overtime, advances and deductions add up on paper, then start an argument.

3

Margin only shows afterwards

Costs scatter across receipts, WhatsApp and books, so margin appears after handover.

Three steps, one system

From clocking in on site to project margin.

01

Workers clock in on site

Clock in and out by phone, with GPS, still working without signal.

02

Wages calculate themselves

Presence, overtime, allowances and advance deductions land on one payroll sheet.

03

Project margin becomes visible

Payroll, expenses, equipment rental and purchase orders attach to their project.

The modules teams actually use

Grouped the way your team already works.

Who it's built for

Contractors running daily-paid crews across several sites.

General contractors

Several projects running at once, each needing its own margin figure.

Foremen and subcontractors

Daily and piece-rate crews that move site almost every week.

MEP and fit-out specialists

Short jobs with many workers and materials moving constantly.

Owners rarely on site

Needs presence proof and cost figures without visiting every day.

Three roles, one dataset

  • Owner and admin

Opens every module from the web dashboard or the phone app.

  • Foreman

Sees crew attendance and marks the team present from site.

  • Worker

Clocks in, files reports, sees tasks and checks his own pay.

What your admin prepares

We guide the process remotely while your admin remains responsible for company data.

  • Your admin enters projects, workers and wage rates with our guidance.
  • Your admin defines each project's site point and radius.
  • Logos, letterheads and document formats are checked before use.
  • Admins, foremen and field teams learn their roles during onboarding.
  • Modules you don't use can be hidden from the menu.

Questions we get most

Do workers need a phone?

Not necessarily, Vasco has kiosk mode: one tablet and a PIN per worker.

What if the site has no signal?

Without signal, the clock-in saves on the phone and sends itself when signal returns.

Does it handle piece-rate wages?

Yes, Vasco handles daily, weekly, monthly, piece-rate and subcontract wages.

Are advances deducted at once or by instalment?

Cash advances can be deducted at once or by instalment, and the balance stays visible.

Can it handle multiple projects?

Yes, Vasco gives each project its own site, costs and margin figure.

Do I need an IT team?

No. Standard onboarding is remote and takes about one week. We teach your admin; your team enters, checks and transitions company data.

How much does it cost?

Vasco starts at Rp999,000 per month for up to 30 active employees, or Rp9,990,000 per year for 30 slots. Every available module is included. Extra employees cost Rp20,000 monthly or Rp200,000 yearly per slot.
