What is Vasco?
Vasco is one operations system for Indonesian businesses, bringing attendance, payroll, projects, stock, purchasing and finance together. Every available module is included in one subscription and uses one company record.
How is Vasco different from other ERPs?
The difference is not the feature count. In Vasco one operational action updates every record behind it, so your team never enters the same data into several modules. The work itself is the data entry.
Does attendance calculate payroll directly?
Yes. Vasco calculates daily, weekly, monthly and piece-rate wages straight from attendance data, including overtime and advance deductions, with no manual recap in between.
Do I need an IT team?
No. Vasco onboarding is delivered remotely. We teach your admin how to configure and use the system; your own team enters and checks the company data.
How long does implementation take?
Standard onboarding usually takes around one week. Vasco teaches your team how to configure and use the system, then your admin enters, checks and transitions the company data.
Does Vasco run on a phone?
Yes. Vasco is used from a phone by workers and owners, and from a browser by office admins, with no special computer or extra hardware. Workers sign in with a numeric code, not an email and password.
Can it connect to the accounting software I already use?
Vasco keeps its own financial records and provides data export, so the numbers can be carried into the accounting software you already use. Direct integrations are scoped separately and written into the Vasco proposal.
If I stop using Vasco, what happens to my data?
The data belongs to your company. Vasco provides a full CSV export at any time during the subscription, and the account owner can delete the account and the company's data themselves.
Is my business data safe?
Each company's data is separated, and access is limited by role: workers see only their own, managers see operations, owners see everything including the financials. Vasco also keeps an audit trail of changes to important records.
Does it handle multiple projects or sites?
Yes, Vasco supports many projects and many work sites at once, with attendance, costs and reports staying attached to their own project.
What size business is Vasco for?
Vasco is built for growing businesses, typically 20 to 250 employees, too complex for Excel and WhatsApp, too small to want a large ERP implementation.

What is operations and business management software?
Operations software is what a business owner uses to run daily work, recording attendance, calculating wages, managing projects, tracking material stock, handling purchasing and reading the financial position. Unlike ordinary accounting software, it is used by the people doing the work rather than only by admin staff.
