Guest Operations
What you get
- Reservations and guest arrival status

- Complaints, assigned owners and resolution records
- Manager daily reports and operational issues
Who it is for
For guest-facing teams and service managers handling reservations and walk-in visits.
Bookings live in chats, waitlists on paper, and complaints lack an owner. Guest Operations gives teams one workflow for arrivals, customer records and service follow-up.
Start with the module that addresses your most pressing task. Add other modules as your needs and agreement develop.
How it works
A workflow for the team's everyday work.
- 01
Record the planned visit
Create a reservation with party size and preferences, or add a walk-in to the waitlist.
- 02
Update service status
The team sees who needs confirmation, is waiting, has arrived or did not show up.
- 03
Keep records and follow up
Use guest history, assign complaints to an owner and summarise key events in an operational report.
Inside Guest Operations
A clear job for every part.
See what each submodule does and picture it in your business. The examples below illustrate how it can be used.
Reservations
Manage the booking calendar, guest details, party size, preferences and confirmation status. Reservation settings follow the agreed capacity and service workflow.
Use example
A guest books for 6 people at 7 pm. The team records seating preferences, confirms the booking and updates the status on arrival.
Waitlists
Record walk-in guests, party size, estimated wait and queue status. The team can trace who is still waiting and who has been served.
Use example
Three parties arrive when the venue is full. Staff record the order and estimated waits so the next shift can understand the queue.
Customers & CRM
Review profiles, visit and reservation history, preferences and available guest notes in one customer record.
Use example
A guest returns. The team checks previously recorded seating preferences before preparing the service.
Complaints
Record complaint categories, evidence, assigned owners, status and resolution so service issues have clear follow-up.
Use example
A guest complains about the wait. Staff record the incident, assign it to a manager and save the resolution action.
Operational reports
Summarise visits, waiting times, complaints, staffing and service issues in manager daily reports. These reports focus on guest operations.
Use example
At shift close, the manager records visitor volume and two unresolved issues so tomorrow's team can follow up.

Before you choose
Make sure it fits your needs.
- All five guest services are included in one module. People/HR and Finance are selected separately.
- This module is not a restaurant POS, QR menu ordering system, kitchen display or hotel room management system.
- The available workflow focuses on reservations, party size and service preferences. Suitability for specialist scheduling or other industry needs is reviewed during setup.
Questions about Guest Operations
Are reservations and CRM sold separately?
No. Reservations, waitlists, customers & CRM, complaints and operational reports are included in one Guest Operations selection.
Does it include POS or hotel management?
No. It focuses on guest visits and service. Checkout transactions, kitchen orders, room management and booking-platform connections need an appropriate system.
