The bill of quantities lives in Excel, reports are scattered across WhatsApp groups, and every payment stage is recalculated before billing. Project Management brings the plan, field reports and billing into one project record.
Second-floor concreting falls behind plan. The owner sees it on the project and in the attention list, then shifts the schedule in the Gantt.
