Vasco overview
Vasco offers three modules you can choose from based on your needs: People/HR, Project Management, and Finance. Create an account for a free seven-day trial, start with one flow, and set up your data with guidance from the Vasco team.
Choose a module based on the work you want to get done. Your industry adjusts the wording and setup; access follows the agreed modules and each person's role. Overview, Admin, and Settings are part of the workspace.

- Pick one flow you want to tidy up first.
- Prepare sample data and appoint the admin who will check the results.
- If you want to ask a question or see a demo, contact the Vasco team on WhatsApp anytime. The trial can start without waiting for that conversation.

- The team knows when the trial starts and how to continue the subscription.
- The admin can choose the guide that matches their module.
Three modules, chosen by the work you do

Start from a real need
If you only need stock management, choose Project Management. You don't need to buy the other modules at the same time. During the trial, the owner can try other modules on their own through Subscription → Try another module once the initial setup is done. Module changes after subscribing are discussed with the Vasco team.
From sign-up to subscription

Create an account and verify your email
Sign up at vasco.id/trial, then enter the 6-digit code from the email. The seven-day trial starts automatically once your email is verified, with no credit card.

Prepare your initial data
Follow the starter guide in the app. The Vasco team can guide the admin; the company enters and checks its own initial data.

Try the first flow
Run one flow with real data and check the results. The trial start and end dates are shown on the Subscription page.

Talk through your needs if you want
Contact the Vasco team on WhatsApp for questions or a demo. Devices, custom integrations, complex migrations, and on-site work are discussed separately.

Continue if it fits
Agree on the modules, subscription period, and total price, then confirm payment to continue with the same data. The trial doesn't ask for a credit card and never charges automatically.
Access and devices
Use the web app at app.vasco.id to set up and manage the three modules. Phone feature guides only apply to app versions and flows that support them; the Vasco team confirms device compatibility during setup.
Subscribed modules and user roles are two different things. Buying a module doesn't give every staff member permission to view or change all data. The owner decides who the admins are and what each person can access.

Check the results before expanding use
- The initial data and the people in charge are correct.
- One example flow ran successfully and its results were checked.
- The team knows which actions save data, need approval, or record a payment.
- Devices and connections have been tested at the real work location.
- The admin knows how to correct the data source and ask for help.
Data after the trial
Once the trial or subscription ends, recording stops. Data can still be viewed and exported for the next 30 days. Nothing is deleted automatically; contact the Vasco team if you need help with access.

Do I have to buy all the modules?
No. Choose one or more of the three available modules. Overview, Admin, and Settings are included.
Does my industry lock my module choice?
No. Your industry helps adjust the wording and setup; access is determined by the modules and the account's role.
Does the trial start right after sign-up?

Are all web features available in the phone app?
Phone app availability depends on the version and the flow. Use the web for setting up the three modules, and confirm device needs with the Vasco team before rollout.
